A young rosé made from 70% Tempranillo and 30% Garnacha grapes which come from the highest parts of our vineyards, in the district of Samaniego. The result is a special rosé that wont leave you indifferent. The grapes come from the highest parts of our oldest vineyards,in the districts of Samaniego, Laguardia, and Leza, at an altitudeof 580 m above sea level. Poor calcareous/clay soil, on southfacing slopes. The subsoil is made up of various layers of whiterock.Mediterranean climate with strong Atlantic influence. Extremewintersummer contrast.Precipitation: 684,1 litres.Ave. Temp.: min 7,72°C / max 18,08°C / average 12,5°C.Average temperature of the soil: 12,99°C70% Tempranillo, 27% Garnacha, 3% ViuraName of the vineyards: La Paul and Carrera.Plantation density: 3,000 vines/hectare.Production: 6,300 Kg/hectare.Hand harvested and taken to the winery in small trailer loads on20th SeptemberThe grapes are destemmed and macerated for 10 hours at a lowtemperature.
